Pros

I am pretty confused reading some of these reviews on here. I worked with this company for about six months before I had to leave because I went back to school. Some of the reviews I read on here talk about how you work 8 hours and get paid for 5. That's 100% FALSE. They have part time positions in which you work 5 hours a day and you are then required to leave and there are full time positions in which you work 8 hours a day and get paid 40 hours a week. If you work in entry level, depending on the campaign you are on, it's pretty easy as long as you are not lazy. However, if you are in management, is tough! Lots of growth but also a lot of support and mentorship. I loved the company and if I didn't go back to school, I would still be there.

Cons

I'm not a morning person and your day starts at 7am.

Pros

Great people, fun and energetic meetings in the morning.

Cons

Everything is negative about this company. I can't believe I wasted my time. This company has nothing to do with Marketing. They feed you lies and have you driving around Los Angeles selling Obama phones with no mileage compensation. You work 10 hours a day with one day off. Red Label is a scam I would not reccomend it to anyone.
