      * high salaries * interesting work * most people are cool and fun

      Cons

      * culture of hidden information * management has their heads up their butts * can't disagree without risk of being punished later * tons of politics, culture is nice in some ways but otherwise super toxic

      High salary and good benefits (as long as they employ you).

      Cons

      Poor morale amongst teams. Political culture. Public messaging does not align with personal experience. No late stage clinical assets. High compensation is only valuable if you have job security.

      good pay in US but paybands reduced in Canada. some cool tech

      Cons

      what was a collaborative environment few years back has become political, director, vps seems to be inexerienced with the pace of growth and macro changes.. the people lost trust in leadership now, moving from collaborative amazing place to toxic biased and political game. not a good place for POC... if you are white esp white man then you shud join in for sure.
