      Great culture with a management team that is very considerate about the wellbeing of the staff. The engineering department is a great place to work with a keen focus on new technologies and contemporary techniques.

      Cons

      Remote-first company, which sometimes makes it difficult to connect with some fellow colleagues.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Recast. The people are genuinely kind and passionate about what they do. The leadership team was supportive and open to new ideas, and I felt that appreciated. The company fosters a positive work culture with a healthy balance of professionalism and friendly, down-to-earth vibe. From what I’ve seen, Recast is headed in a good direction and has great potential.

      Cons

      No major cons during my time. Like any growing company, there were occasional growing pains and shifting priorities, but leadership was generally transparent and responsive.

      Good people, interesting product, approachable leaders. High growth with a lot of work to do, but flexible and time off is encouraged.

      Cons

      Depending on team/ department there is still more processes/ documentation/ etc. that should be built or matured.
