Business outlook
Pros
• Really smart, capable founders + execs • Insanely talented engineers everywhere, strong technical culture • Open, accessible culture – maybe because of Danish origins? • I've never learned more anywhere
Cons
• Growing pains: enterprise go-to-market has been tough (though they just hired a VP sales, and reorged marketing to help), and pre-2.0 releases were pretty chaotic. Nothing you wouldn't expect at this stage in any startup. • Multiple time zones — SF and Copenhagen mostly — mean some occasional weird hours • Remote work seems great for engineers, but less great for non-technical folks
