Good people make it worth working there, management needs a wakeup call

Pros

Used to be great team environment, creativity and originality was valued.

Cons

In the last year things have changed drastically for the worse due to incompetent management who put unrealistic expectations on employees with limited resources and zero recognition.

Reader's Digest is a highly trusted magazine that tells really great inspirational stories. The editorial people that puts this together is really great to work with.

Cons

Management practices, specifically around direct marketing, are ethically toxic. Culture needs a complete overhaul.
