Pros

Flexible work schedule. Decent pay and benefits. Newly rehabbed facility.

Cons

It is my opinion that: 1. Facility is not adequately setup or ready for the type of operation they are trying to put in place. 2. Some departments are severely understaffed while others seem to be overstaffed. 3. Plans and projects seem to be always changing and priorities always seem to shift.

Pros

- Re:build attracts customers with nice and novel products to work on. - Good place to start your career after leaving school/college.

Cons

- General manager is not technically skilled and shouldn't be running a production company. - Production manager isn't hiring skilled laborers to perform the tasks needed, resulting in a lot of Re:work, scrapped products, late deliveries and profit losses. - Too much focus on process definitions, not on correct process executions. - Too many 'improvement' events which lead to chaos. - Every employee is copied into every email resulting in an avalanche of irrelevant emails to most recipients.

Pros

Experience of working on diversified projects and products. Good base and bonus, and good benefits. Great place to learn how a private equity (PE) owned sweatshops run. They claim that they are no PE, but they can be the poster child of private equity.

Cons

No real focus on execution, Senior executives are too hands on and no real delegation to get things done, local site level management is sub par or have no real power. The biggest con is their inability to execute and focusing on too many things which means almost no focus on anything.
