The owner will squeeze you dry. He doesn't care about his employees at all and everyone is overworked and drastically underpaid. He promises to give you "experience" but he's really just trying to pay out as little as possible to his employees. You'll be promised raises that never materialize, there is NO christmas bonus, and you'll be constantly scrambling to fix problems that were made by someone else. Good Luck if you have to work here. It's terrible.

Management has no loyalty to you, if they find someone to do your job for cheaper, you are out the door No work/ life balance - its all WORK WORK WORK No benefits at all- but during your interview they will lie and say they will discuss it in 6 months Health insurance but you are paying 50% of it! Everyone is extremely over worked except for management - they relax and get mad at you for your mistakes not taking into consideration your juggling many things at once Women can only work here, so if you are a man, dont apply, they are sexist! Management is extremely cheap! They will low ball you on pay and never give you what you really deserve The manager below the president will always throw you under the bus to make herself look good. Management will take you on non work related dates after work if you are pretty and skinny enough Management is delusional and hypocritcal They con their customers so of course they will con you Did i mention NO benefits No bonus pay- they make you pick money out of a bowl at the end of the year, and if you grabbed $20, that is your bonus! They do not care about you at all! The "accountant" is very very mean! and thinks everyone but him is stupid If you want to get home at 10PM everyday with no overtime pay - you should work here :) Oh and you are expected to have lunch and work at the same time
