      Pros

      Very friendly people. It's a small company, so you get to know most people on your floor. The training program they put us graduate software engineers on was also very generous and gave us experience working in different departments and on various sections of the code base. They're definitely preparing to keep us on for the long run.

      Cons

      Work from home policy was cut down recently to 4 by 1.
