      -work from home -great teammates

      Cons

      multiple sales strategy changes that appear to shift with the wind -poor senior management- inexperienced and fractured -expectations that the product sells itself while not investing in lead generation or market exposure -product is not perceived as a need to have outside of corrections marketplace

      Cons

      Our team with the sign off of the CEO, agree on changes in an attempt to clean up our systems, and streamline process. The founder of the company then decides to unilaterally veto and change them, and we get no backup or support from the CEO. I don't know why anyone is hired as a subject matter expert when we simply get over ruled by someone who does not have the expertise.
