      Pros

      Decent pay for the area, Lots of techs to get along with. If you show interest and have a desire to learn you will move up and learn valuable skills as well as certifications.

      Cons

      Messy/ unorganized, poor communication between all departments especially parts and service. heavy flow of warranty work.

      Good management. Competent coworkers. Really do right by their customers

      Have no problem continuing to turn people out the door if they can't sell, rather than training them. Inconsistent communication between managers sometimes.
