- Fast Pace Working environment with others that learn with you - Exciting work on technology with unlimited potential - Great work culture and especially AMAZING people, genuinely look forward to waking up and starting work - The work you do matters and makes a significant impact on customers directly - Working with BIG companies ( Sanofi, Stanley Black and Decker, Coca Cola ), with a mix of industries and their challenges - Very understanding management with great work-life balance, concern is only about the work you do rather than the time you spend. High personal autonomy. Catered lunches on-site every Friday, fun events, A genuine feel that you are cared for, and respected at work by everyone from the CEO down
Cons
- New Technology means Understanding and inventing new things. A lot of work is done without any guidance existing to really help you - current lack of highly experienced developers, will be a learning experience for everyone. ( Issue is being actively addressed with hiring of senior developers and recent experienced business management) - As a Startup sometimes the process is more involved and confusing, it demands you be active at every stage. Although with the hiring of more experienced individuals, the process is noticeably improving. Don't enter Raven expecting a corporate environment.
