      Pros

      *Nice people, *Access to onsite gym and pool. *Access to base and all amenities. *Decent medical benefits. * You get to watch rocket launches at work.

      Cons

      *Pay is about 20%-30% lower than other places for similar work. * No janitorial staff we take out our own trash * No air conditioning or heating in buildings * Overall company is understaffed * Takes forever to hire anyone

      They just don’t care. Should be called RG Next candidate, please because they can’t retain people.

      Pros

      Most of the worker “drones,” work hard and enjoy supporting the base. Good work to life balance but the pay is under industry standards. Technical people are their bread and butter but they treat them as cattle.

      Cons

      Benefits are very expensive, HR and higher management don’t care. Higher management, not our direct managers; are inept. The gov doesn’t realize most of the screw ups are caused by contractors given wrong info, direction and tasks due to higher management incompetence. The contract company would be better if there was a swift management change. People on both ranges have major complaints about upper management. Most workers are overworked, underpaid and definitely not appreciated.
