It's a good idea and the design team is very talented.
Cons
CEO lied about the role I would be asked to perform. Management is abusive: berating public comments to people pulling long hours, need to dominate regardless of whether they're correct, hostile to requests for transparency. Moral is low and turnover is high. Many people subtly checking job boards throughout the day, trying to leave before they're driven crazy or capriciously fired. Read their product's Google reviews. Notice that the only positive comments are from employees? That's all you need to know about the company's integrity and prospects.
