      - Unique cyber security solutions - Great industry to be in - Global player with start up mentallity - lots of room of initiative - no red tape - easy access to all managers and C-suite

      - compensation plan is not as competitive as it used to be.

      Pros

      Company that cares for his employees. Training path well planned. Easy access to demo labs for training of customer demo. Employees are well coached and not let to face customers unprepared.

      Cons

      Focused on delivering top-notch solutions but some product lacks documentation. More marketing is necessary to make our product more popular.
