      Pros

      The company is a local Software provider with a neat marketing automation Solution. The technical team and the employees are pretty motivated. Nice working environment, office, etc..

      Cons

      Poor company management, with the three shareholders not being aligned in the decision-making process. The company relies heavily on government subsidies, which is a red flag for any Business Developer, as only short-term income counts and no long-term strategy can be seen.
