      Pros

      Rycor makes you feel like you are more than an employee. There is always innovation on its way,: from a new feature to a brand new project, excitement is the keyword on this company. !

      Cons

      Since we have clients in the U.S sometimes we have to work during canadian statutory holidays BUT Management always make sure that you get rewarded with an extra vacation day and a delicious lunch.

      Work with talented people in a great office for great products

      Cons

      Not too much chance to innovate their products. Most of the time engineers work on maintenance tasks.
