RY Management is a corrupt institution. You're surrounded by liars and thieves, from the President/CEO to maintenance employees. There is a one-plan fits all approach to management in this company, which is do NOTHING, mis-lead, mis-inform, lie, deceive, scapegoat, and then hide behind "plausible deniability". If you're a person with any moral compass, then this isn't the company for you. If you believe you can thrive in this environment, then you'll rise quickly and fall quickly.
