      Friendly staff, but management fails to support employees

      Pros

      Friendly staff that wanted to help out.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, expected to know everything right away. Complaints don’t get followed through. An employee would only get once chance, yet management is given multiple chances and nothing changes.

      Training was good, but work-life balance suffers

      Pros

      Training was well before team structure change.

      Cons

      No good work life balance. Work on a remote team but expected to be in office every day but for other people exception were made. Training on hybird team was not well. Did not follow the values they preach after months. Talking rude of other Managers behind back and in front of staff.

      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is non-existent and management is ineffective. Boundaries between personal and professional time are consistently ignored, with little regard for employee wellbeing. Leadership lacks the skills to support their teams and creates more problems than they solve.
