Smiling facade hides true colors of ownership.

Pros

Company does have a large market share in DFW area.

Cons

Owners promise open door policy but actively seek to remove staff through workplace harrassment when faced with complaints or new ideas.

CMA would like to thank this individual for expressing their thoughts regarding their experience at CMA. Although it disappoints us to realize that an employee felt individual opinions were not welcome or considered valuable, we welcome the chance to learn from this employee's perspective. CMA does embrace a set of values that require us to commit to honest reflection and discussion of our actions that resulted in lost employee confidence. We seek opportunities to listen to our employees and regret when we miss the opportunity to hear their concerns and be responsive.

Pros

IT staff was usually helpful. CEO keeps staff updated on industry changes.

Cons

Would have stayed with the company but my supervisor happened to be the only one with MAJOR psychological issues. Nobody wants to hear about your family issues TMI. The pay is low for how you are treated and the amount of hours that are required of you. They expect you to respond to emails after hours and weekends. Staff is fat/lazy/gossip hen types.

Pros

If you work out in an onsite office, you miss most, if not all, of the drama.

Cons

Complete and utter unprofessional behavior from all levels; HR unresponsive; management would rather place blame on others than train correctly; antiquated IT systems that crashed often; management unable to follow through and stand for employees.
