Talented co-workers who are extremely helpful, caring, and enthusiastic about RL and it's growth. It is nice to work with others who are uplifting and understanding! I am a process person and RL leans heavily on that aspect to get the job done properly & efficiently, which I also enjoy.
Cons
Property Management is a tough business. You have 2 customers to please, tenants & owners, which both have opposing thoughts on how much or how little is enough. This does cause a lot of stress, but we are always working on making it a little brighter.

I absolutely love working at RL Property Management Group. The team here is fantastic, everyone is collaborative and truly passionate about what we do. It’s a great environment to learn and grow professionally. One of the best aspects of this company is the focus on helping property owners succeed and profit from their rental properties. It feels good to know that we’re making a real difference for our clients.
