Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience working at RISE. As an ambitious startup organization working passionately to grow, we expect a lot of ourselves and for those who work with us, yet not in a punitive, toxic or unfair environment. As leaders, we are committed to learning, growing and continually improving our communication, leadership skills, and human resource policies. While we have not yet been able to provide comprehensive healthcare and investment benefits as a small startup, we have instead provided other benefits including unlimited PTO, Mac laptops for FT employees, flexible work schedules for FT employees, gym memberships, team retreats, leadership training, community engagement opportunities, and autonomy of communication and feedback up, down, and across the organization.
