Pros
Super casual and fun. We got our music and tv on, eggo waffles in the freezer, and pizza all the time. Don't let that get you lazy though... there's always a boat load of work to do and you can easily be distracted.
Cons
You can get a lot of work thrown at you at once. Be prepared to organize and make realistic timelines for clients or it can get overwhelming.
