      Good hands on experience. Resume builder. Tons of overtime if you want it

      Very minimal training, poor management, very cliquey work environment. Empty promises of being brought on full time. Always "next on the list". Poor documentation leads to redundant, time consuming problems. Always loaning out tools because company requires you use your own and has no loaners for new employees
