This company is not worth your time. Here are some of the few reasons why you shouldn't work here: - They say it's a family environment, but they are far from it. They will exploit your abilities and hold out the promise of advancement without the ability to deliver. - Mass layoffs at the beginning of the year followed by a hiring spree because everyone is quitting suggests questionable leadership. - There are no plans for the future and the executives are just trying to make money wherever they can to fill their own pockets. If you want a company run by men who peaked in college and act like they are a frat house this is the place for you. - The most unprofessional environment I have ever worked in. Obvious favoritism from mangers, inappropriate relationships and harassment of all sorts. - No training is provided (or very little) and you are expected to figure everything out on your own. They have a sink or swim mentality.

Bad management, they don’t value their employees, horrible company to work for no staff, no growth within the company in general terrible company I don’t recommended. The bosses don’t care about the employees opinion or suggestions, all they care about is if you are making your numbers and they are getting their profit that’s all. They are under staff and they don’t replace the staff that leaves. Every week employees are quitting and no replacement.
