Like the title says. Place is understaffed and always will be because of a restrictive city budget, not enough help in all departments so many positions and job duties trickle down to one person trying to complete a ridiculous amount of tasks. Staff are always stressed because of the work load. If you are not a manager you get zero benefits, good luck with your health. Management can be passive aggressive and rushed at you at times because they are stressed.
