You are complately overworked and told you need to be working 10 hour days...but you'll always have work. It doesn't stop and burns you out fast. Also when dealing with personal issues they could care less, all you are is a number and you're just expected to work,

Awful micromanagement. They claim to Promote work/life balance- but they expect you to work outside of the usual 8 hours a day. They provide very little support and they only care about numbers
