The residents if treated well, will treat you like family!
Cons
Corporate management is nonexistent. Jenny is a bully and childish. You will have your job threatened, if you ask her for help for anything. This is not a team or a company you can build and grow with. They only care about money, and refuse to even communicate with residents or want anything to deal with them.
