      Pros

      Super supportive team. You can feel the collective vibe. Everyone is trying to do the same thing and that's to grow the company and have fun doing so. Fun workplace, fun people, super friendly people and proper compensation. A lot of room for growth and lots to (l)earn.

      Cons

      Oldschoole due deligence. Needs alot of automation. Limited sales tools but it's getting better. Not easy to commute.

      The staff is amazing here, everyone is so welcoming. The product is simple, works and is accessible for any customer. Management cares about about the staff, wants to invest in them and wants to see them grow both professionally and in their personal life. Lots of opportunity as the company grows and expands its reach in to further markets and territories.

      Cons

      Company has some growing to do and with growing comes growing pains. Some processes need to be simplified.
