From my experience, things felt seriously off behind the scenes. confusing communication, inconsistent follow through, unclear expectations, scary ethics practices and an overall sense of disorganization and clique like behavior that left me constantly questioning what was actually going on. It looked polished from the outside, but the day-to-day felt stressful and very unsettling. Major red-flag environment.
