      Benefits are great, pay was middle of the line.

      Competitive Pay Hours Building/grounds well maintained Close access to Hwy 12 Nice buisness park to walk through in the warmer months

      Cons

      Micro-managed by a team of middle management Bullies HR Managers only goal is a screw over employees Very stressful environment with little to no moral among employees Heavy workload which is constantly interrupted so you can keep a tally of daily activities to prove you are working No appreciation from managers Constantly make employees fear for their job by enforcing the company is making little to no money.

      Family friendly, great work life balance, culture is kind, fun events, great location and flexible leadership. Debt free, family-owned company and continues to expand and grow!

      Work is work sometimes but overall great place to be!
