Pros
Very knowledgeable employees, interesting projects. If you are ambitious and willing to learn this is the place to be. There is room for training, attending conferences, webinars etc.
Cons
They seem to have an issue with keeping the more ambitious and experienced people on board. A lot of them have leaved the company in de past year and a half.
