      Equity Backed Company not without it's bumps

      Pros

      The Industry is great and well established. QuickCable has good market share with a well established customer base. The core group of employees are great.

      Cons

      Equity ownership continually bring upper management employees from companies 10 times the size of QuickCable, who from no fault of their own, can't scale down their expectations to meet those of a small company. Employees turn over has been extremely high.

      Great people Long term Group Small relatively flat Hierarchy Solid Product offering Large opportunities for growth if they look at them

      Cons

      No direction, too many chiefs with no clue, but think they do Systems are deplorable and insufficient to handle the business Senior Management make short-sighted moves No sales development in some very rich regions/markets
