      Bad working experience with incompetent bosses

      Fair working hours for a boutique consulting

      Cons

      The boss is incapable of solving anything while taking credits for the good work that you do while blaming you in front of clients and everyone for any mistakes. You will have to have your own initiatives to get things done. The boss will always bluff and never solve any existing problems. He always delays any responsibilities and make excuses for his incompetence

      Pros

      Office located conveniently downtown, co-workers are nice and higher level staff is enthusiastic. Close to Grand Central Market, offers a very very entry level look at business.

      Cons

      Promise of pay over the summer never came through, work was not "consulting" in any form of the word, responsibilities were menial and minimal. Many projects were sold as promising but rarely panned out. Majority of the office was composed of interns-- only two full time staff (including the founder).
