This is a business to business sales job so there are high performance expectations from the start and you will get chewed out for not meeting them. You spend about 8 hours basically selling overpriced product out of a car. You are expected to walk business to business outside in all kinds of weather and pitch to every single person you see. There isn't a lunch break and 99% of the time you end up eating fast food a couple times a day in the car. I participated in one of the road trips during my second week where the boss put the 4 of us in a mess of a hotel. Almost the entire hotel was shut down for construction and it was completely filthy and unsafe. There were 3 women and 1 man and she expected all of us to share 1 single room and sleep 2 to a bed. I was unaware of these arrangements beforehand and was appalled when my discomfort and request for suitable conditions was met with confrontation and opposition by the boss. When I suggested 2 rooms with 2 double beds she said that a bed per adult was "wildly unnecessary". It was completely unprofessional, inappropriate and unacceptable for her to expect employees to sleep in the bed together. I have never heard of a business operating this way and it showed how little the boss valued the employees who go out daily to make money for company.

Constant driving, no real benefits, your check is pretty much dependent on how many people you can run down to buy stuff out your car.
