Pros
Great Editors. Nice views from new corporate office in nyc.
Cons
Does not innovate. Value prop is lacking. Brand doesn't stand apart from competitors. No marketing efforts to build company brand. Often times, campaigns under-deliver and company has to buy media impressions (which are then taken out of reps commissions).
