Great people and competitive salaries, but lack of culture
Pros
The people who work at Pure, and the wider Kernel group, are on the whole genuinely lovely people. Salaries are also competitive and the CEO is very passionate about what he is building.
Cons
Unfortunately, there really is no culture. Unless that culture is 'work hard'. Mental Health awareness week recently - zero mention because it unfortunately just isn't important. Flexibility is minimal too, 4 days in the office but in reality - the expectation is 5. They have a very intense environment where if you don't succeed, and quickly, then you're out, which is unfortunate because the training, management and support are minimal (despite the individual who is in charge of L&D being amazing but there's only so much she can do as 1 person in a company this size).
