Pros
Although I worked with the Pulse team for only a short time, I learned so much from their leadership. CEO Manish is tough but very fair. I was pushed to realize that I needed more experience and took that lesson seriously. If you decide to work here, expect to be tested, strive for perfection and ASK QUESTIONS if you want to be successful. My problem was being content with "acceptable" - this doesn't fly in most jobs, and certainly not at Pulse. Bring your best self and be ready to learn. You may surprise yourself with your own growth and potential.
Cons
Location - Bridgeport is growing, but definitely underdeveloped.
