      Pros

      Owners are very easy to get along with and help create a great work atmosphere. Always enjoyed going to work!

      Cons

      Anytime you are detailing with retail customers, you can find yourself in some frustrating situations but other than that, there weren't too many cons regarding this job

      Pros

      Team oriented environment even though all of the lessons that you teach will be by yourself. You share the ice with the other instructors and are able to collaborate with them about the best ways to help the players improve. Leadership will work with your schedule and work around you as best they can.

      Cons

      You may not get every day that you ask to work. You give them your availability and they try to get you in as much as possible while being fair to the other staff.
