      Good and friendly colleagues You can see that the owners really care about their employees by giving salary increase due to inflation. Very understanding people with same mindset and culture. The co owner Tome really cares about career progression of his employees and I like his leadership style.

      I don't have any cons at the moment of writing this. It all depends on the directions we are going to be heading.
