Pros

The culture in New Zealand is coming back slowly with the new management. The compensation and benefits are decent. Smart, diverse people and the usual downsides of management consulting firms don’t apply here. Supportive of self-directed learning and growth, with opportunities to launch new business ideas.

Cons

Minimal annual salary increases. Bonus structure is bad.

Pros

- Provoke has many diverse clients ranging from government agencies to small mom & pop operations. This leads to a very balanced exposure to employees - Good perks/benefits - Nice colleagues - Fully remote (or at least it was when I left, they might have done a RTO after I left)

Cons

- Compensation is average - No bonus/performance structure
