Literally every single person is great there. Management is great. Employees are great. Clients are great.
After being there just a few months, I had a life-threatening medical issue that took me out for almost two months. They continued to pay me the entire time and modified my benefits package to plan-in future support that I might need. My co-workers picked up the slack of me being out for months and managed my accounts / work while I was out... all after only working there for a few months.
I have a few decades left in my working life and I hope I get to spend them all at Propellic.
You have the freedom to do what you think is best for your clients. Everyone you work with are at the top of their fields. I have honestly never seen such a talented pool of people assembled at one company before. It is genuinely a wonderful place to work with management who seems to personally care about you.
Cons
They hire you in at a good rate, but yearly raises do not keep up with inflation.
