Where do I even begin. I’ve never seen an agency that is more poorly run. The word proactive isn’t in their vocabulary. The lead partner is nothing more than a firefighter who has zero ability to sell, manage or lead. There is no mid management, and all of the employees report directly to one of the two partners. Their work is average, they still boast about clients from many years ago, and their collateral and brand looks like something from 20+ years ago. It seems the clients are always angry about something, and deadlines are rarely met. There’s zero culture, and the only thing that’s ever discussed is how far behind they are on deliverables. I’d stay as far away from this organization as I possibly could. Whether you’re a potential employee or client. DON’T DO IT!!!!
