      Promontory takes care of its employees and likes to promote from within. Hard work is expected but recognized

      Benefit options are limited - No 401k, no sick time

      This is a great company who really cares about their customers, but employees get the short end of the stick.

      Pros

      A great atmosphere, you feel like you're doing important things and that you're bettering the community doing so. Beautiful setting, the natural beauty on property is amazing. The employees generally get along and you feel connected.

      Cons

      There can be some bias depending on what you work in, some managers may give more benefits to others and leave you with less. Fairly political upper management, can be quite intimidating.
