Not having to go to the same place everyday , meeting new people every shift.

Cons

You have a few hours one week, a ton the next and then almost none suddenly. seasonally it changes.

People always say this but at PromoWorks it's true, the PEOPLE make the job. Everyone at PromoWorks was so friendly, helpful, and hardworking. People truly cared about what they were working on and cared about helping each other succeed. Most of senior leadership was hands on and supportive as well.

Cons

A little outdated in ways. Some of the systems used were really old and in need of an update to stay current.
