Pros
The people at PM are the brightest, most genuine, hardest working, motivated team I have worked for in my 25+ years. I have never felt so respected, and appreciated. Very Special Place!
Cons
It's a startup, things move fast, you have to be willing to dive in and grab the baton and go. Not a con for me, energizing !

Pros
Prolific allows you to grow into your role and learn skills/gain experience outside of your intended role. There is free lunch everyday and fully stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks. It’s in a great location with the facility being a new one! People who work there are empathetic to others and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed regardless of background, race, religion, sex or political affiliation!! Very much DEI conscious and socially responsible to raise awareness.
Cons
This is a start-up so if you are not willing to work hard and/or seek career growth this isn’t the place for you.
