The culture within project agora is overall strong with friendly people, frequent company events, and nice working environment in the office. Some nice perks include 3 additional days off provided by the company as well as working from anywhere during Christmas, Easter and around 1 month during the summer period. You also get to work with some nice clients in Greece.

Currently, AS operates passively as a reactive "production factory" rather than a proactive growth partner. Without clearly defined roles, ownership, and accountability depending on the specific request, the operational gap makes meeting already aggressive targets highly unrealistic. Team Seniority & Leadership Gap: The operational teams lean heavily toward junior profiles (Executives/Senior Executives), which creates a deficit in the seniority required to drive strategic collaboration, lead meaningful retros, or optimize processes. Compounding this, management frequently operates under the assumption of total expertise while demonstrating a clear disconnect from current market best practices and a resistance to frontline feedback. Structural Training Issues & Knowledge Silos: A "sink or swim" culture persists due to a complete lack of formal product training, meaning employees are expected to deliver high numbers without the company being accountable for setting them up for success. Furthermore, cross-functional knowledge is entirely siloed; recurring SMB and Enterprise syncs function merely as basic reporting data drops rather than forums for sharing strategic insights or best practices. Infrastructure & Technological Debt: The current tech stack is outdated and highly restrictive.
