      Happy to work here , but ultimately very disappointing to work here

      Pros

      Great building, good compensation, good benefits, dpsp plan, excellent parking lot, good pc station, good vacation plan.

      Cons

      such a high turnover, information is not shared across departments, poor management, zero communication, poor career advancement and deliberately holding people back for political reasons, cubical atmosphere very hard to concentrate... and lies lies lies.

      Ok pay and benefits that's it

      Windsor district has to be the worst the managers consist of an ex driver a dispatcher and the old accountant and they don't have a clue what they are doin amateurs at best I think corporate should investigate these individuals but if one of the chosen few favorites there you will be fine until your time is up targeting drivers is a norm here so if your ok with these things then this job is for you but I suggest you do yourself a favour and stay away

      Didn't witness any pros working here

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the amount of work expected from you. Schedule was all over the place and no one could answer scheduling questions. No Senior support whatsoever and hardly any training. No praise from management. Very stressful work environment. Expected to work holidays by yourself with no support.
