      Pros

      Great leadership and culture throughout the company. They take care of their employees and reward outstanding work. Very refreshing coming from my old employer.

      Cons

      Tough to have a lot of work life balance as produce is non stop 24 7 but they are flexible as long as you get your work done

      Pros

      People are friendly, free coffee and snacks. Matching 401k starts small but gets larger the longer you work there up to 6% I think. Were very accommodating with family/health/personal emergencies. Management would randomly buy breakfast or lunch for everyone in the office. Threw large employee events a few times a year.

      Cons

      A bit nepotistic in non-warehouse departments. Resistance to modernizing. They are still having manual PDF orders input by hand when they have the capability to automate. This could be either the fault of managers decisions or bureaucratic red tape with the company being part of a public company. Bait and switched the Analyst position I originally interviewed for with the coordinator position and then permanently closed the analyst position after the Analyst quit 2 weeks after I started.
