      great leadership and culture with a strong PMF.

      Cons

      The market is shrinking each year, but still a large prospect base. So right now not a lot of cons. i will say AI is changing the game.. tough to know at this time if it is a con for this space.. I think it's probably a pro at this point.

      It offers a great work environment. You can tell that they care about the people that works here. Great work-life balance.

      You can tell that the company is growing, as sometimes it feels like they don't know exactly what will happen with the new hires.
