Owner does not know how to run the business so much so that their bank (loan) seems to always be breathing down their neck. Senior management appear friendly but don’t care about your opinions/ideas whatsoever. Lucky to have a couple of clients that pay the bills, or this place would have been out of business many years ago. Unable to retain and develop their talent so working there over a year or two makes you one of the longest tenured.
